The little villages dotted around Fairford are some of our nearest neighbours. Most are no more than a few minutes from Rhymes Lane, down a quiet lane or a short stretch of the A417. That makes us the natural choice for anyone who would rather keep a repair close to home instead of trailing into a town.
A short hop from each village
Whelford is barely a couple of miles down the road, sitting on the River Coln just east of us. For Whelford drivers we are about as close as a body shop gets, a five minute run and the car is with us.
Kempsford lies a little further south, down towards the Thames and RAF Fairford, with St Mary Church standing over the village. It is an easy drive up to Rhymes Lane, and we look after a good number of Kempsford cars.
Meysey Hampton sits right on the A417 with its village green at the centre, so reaching us is simply a matter of following the main road. Poulton is strung along the same A417 between Cirencester and Fairford, which means our workshop is more or less on your way through.
Marston Meysey is the furthest out, tucked away on the Wiltshire boundary, but it is still a short cross country drive on the lanes. Wherever you start, you are not going far.
The knocks village roads throw up
Narrow lanes, blind bends, high hedges and the odd tractor make for their own kind of bodywork. A clipped wing mirror where two cars met on a single track, a scrape from a gatepost, a stone chip picked up on the A417. We take on the lot, including accident and collision repair after a bigger shunt, dent, scratch and scuff repair, and stone chip repair from the faster open runs.
We also sort bumper repairs and proper paintwork and resprays with careful colour matching, so the mend blends in and you would never spot it.
Getting your car to us
Drop the car in whenever it suits, or we can arrange collection and delivery if the timing is tricky. Being this local, we can usually turn that round quickly. If your village errand takes you through Fairford or down towards Lechlade, you may well be passing the door anyway.
