Letting us do the legwork
The idea is simple. Rather than you arranging cover, dropping the car off and finding a lift home, we collect it from your driveway, your office car park or wherever suits. The repair happens at our Fairford workshop, and once it’s done we bring the vehicle back to you. You carry on with your day while we handle the to-and-fro.
This pairs well with most of what we do, from a knock or collision that’s left the car unsightly, to a claim you’d rather not spend hours on. If the work is going through your insurer, our insurance repairs team can deal with them too, so the whole thing stays off your plate.
Where we’ll come to
We’re based in Fairford, so anywhere close by is easy. Drivers around Cirencester, Lechlade and the surrounding villages are well within reach.
We do go further out, and we look after customers in Swindon, Witney and over towards Cheltenham. I’ll be honest, though: those are at the wider edge of what we cover, so for the more distant towns it’s best to ring ahead. Depending on the mileage and how the diary looks that week, we’ll tell you straight whether we can collect or whether dropping the car in yourself makes more sense.
A quick word on cost
Collection and delivery isn’t thrown in for nothing, and we’d rather be upfront than pretend otherwise. We quote it per job, based on where you are and what’s involved, and you’ll have that figure before anything is booked. For a nearby pickup it’s usually a small thing; for somewhere further afield it reflects the extra time on the road.
Business and fleet pickups
