That can include your name, phone number, email, postcode, vehicle details, a description of the damage, any photos you send, and insurance details if you choose to provide them. We also use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it
To prepare your quote, reply to your enquiry, and carry out and manage your repair. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it where it is needed to do the work, for example with your insurer if you ask us to handle a claim. Our website forms send your details to us by email.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for your enquiry or job and our normal business records, after which it is deleted.
Cookies and analytics
We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or track you across other websites. Our contact page embeds a Google map, and Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. See our cookie policy for more.
Your rights
