Claims come with forms, phone calls and approvals. We are happy to take most of that off your plate. Once you have given us your claim number and insurer, we liaise with them on your behalf, agree the repair and keep things moving.
You stay in the loop the whole way through, but you do not have to chase anyone. That is rather the point.
How a claim works with us
- Get in touch. Call us or pop in with the car, and let us know what happened.
- Assessment. We look over the damage and put together the detail your insurer needs.
- We speak to your insurer. We agree the work and the costs directly with them.
- Repair. Panels are sorted, paint is matched to your car, and everything is checked over.
- Collect. You pay any excess that is due, pick up the car, and you are away.
