RS Audis are not garage queens. They get used on the school run, the motorway slog and the back roads, and that is exactly how their owners like them. The flip side is that a car covering real miles picks up the odd knock and a fair share of stone chips, so accident and paint work on these cars is a regular job for us rather than a rare one.
The work we take on
We see the full range, from the compact RS3 right up to the big RS6 estate and the RS Q8. Most of it falls into the same camp.
- Accident and collision repair after a bump or a heavier shunt
- Panel and dent work, including kerbed arches and scuffed bumpers
- Paintwork and refinishing, matched and blended so the repair is invisible
Those wide arches and big alloys are part of the RS look, and they are also the bits that catch a kerb first. We are well used to tidying up scraped arches and edges so the car loses that just been clipped appearance.
Getting the colour right
Colour is where these cars are made or undone. Nardo Grey is a firm favourite and a properly tricky shade to match, and the RS blues and greens are no easier. We take the time to match to your actual paint, not just the code, then blend it out so the new work disappears into what was already there.
Quiet and straightforward
We keep things simple. The car is looked at by appointment, and we can arrange collection and return when that suits you better. If the repair is going through insurance, the choice of repairer is yours and not your insurer’s, and we are happy to talk to them on your behalf. There is more on our choosing your own repairer page.
